The first thing that you will need to do is login to your account Here .
Remember, the first time you login, your password is "password".
You will then have to chose a new one. Follow all the instructions below:
Use your account name and then enter "password" for your password. You will be prompted to change the password the first time you login.
Once you are logged in you need to click settings link at the top of the page and then click on the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab at the top.


Once you are on that tab select the radial button next to "Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded)" and then click on the "save changes" button at the bottom.

Once you have done that you can change the settings in your Outlook Express.
